Many of our clients want their home or yard cleaned and prepped prior to their arrival. We work with reputable cleaners, landscapers and pool specialists to ensure your vacation home is ready for your arrival. We have an exclusive 27 point inspection process that covers all aspects of your home. We will physically visit your home on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis and visually inspect both the interior and exterior for potential problems. We will document and make available for your review all home inspections.<\/p>\n

Interior Checks<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Executive Home Watch will inspect the interior of your home for common problems we have seen in the past. We also look for thee few uncommon problems that occasionally happen. We also offer customized house watch checklists for custom homes or larger properties.<\/p>\n

  • Overall interior condition \u2013 Is it like it was, last time through the property?<\/li>\n
  • Any new smells?<\/li>\n
  • Check Bathrooms and sinks<\/li>\n
  • Flush Toilets, check for bowl leaks, operate all faucets, showers & baths<\/li>\n
  • Check window locks and glass integrity<\/li>\n
  • Check smoke detectors, entry doors\/locks to home and\/or garage<\/li>\n
  • Check refrigerator and freezer for proper operation<\/li>\n
  • Check exposed plumbing areas for leaks<\/li>\n
  • Check for pest and\/or insect infiltration<\/li>\n
  • Check water heater settings<\/li>\n
  • Check HVAC settings<\/li>\n
  • Verify HVAC is functioning<\/li>\n
  • Look for water stains on ceilings or walls<\/li>\n
  • Check flooring \u2013 any new stains or changes in appearance?<\/li>\n
  • Check wall boards for warping (sign of water damage)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Exterior Checks\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

    After each visit, Executive Home Watch, LLC completes the Exterior Checklist<\/strong> and immediately forwards a house watch report to the customer via email, fax or regular mail. We also offer customized home watch checklists for custom homes or larger properties.<\/p>\n

    • Check for storm damage, for forced entry or broken windows or doors<\/li>\n
    • Check doors, including garage \u2013 all locked<\/li>\n
    • Pick up, properly discard unwanted newspapers, leaflets, door hangers, etc.<\/li>\n
    • Check mailbox and set mail in home.<\/li>\n
    • Exterior lighting including porch, garage, landscape, motion detector, etc.<\/li>\n
    • Appearance of swimming pool and\/or spa<\/li>\n
    • Check appearance of equipment such as air conditioning, pool equipment<\/li>\n
    • Check Gates<\/li>\n
    • Check Windows condition and locked<\/li>\n
    • Roof – Visually view roof and report any noted deficiencies<\/li>\n
    • Landscaping \u2013 Note any trees\/bushes that may be an issue for home safety<\/li>\n
    • Exterior aesthetics such as landscape maintenance, weather related issues<\/li>\n

      Executive Home Watch, LLC offers custom house watch plans in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Carefree, Rio Verde & Fountain Hills. If you need a house watch service that is not listed below, please call us and we\u2019ll try to accommodate you.<\/p>\n

      Collect and Forward Mail<\/strong>
      \nPeriodic forwarding of postal mail, packages, deliveries to single address.<\/p>\n

      Indoor Plant Care<\/strong>
      \nIncludes periodic watering on days of visit or as scheduled. Add $10 to your Plan Rate for ten or less individual plants. Custom plans for more than ten plants.<\/p>\n

      Auto Package<\/strong>
      \nRemove car cover (if applicable) and start car and run 10 minutes, move to prevent tire flat spots, visually check for leaks, re-cover car (if applicable). Check battery trickle-charger, if applicable. Add $19 to your Plan Rate for up to two vehicles at same property, including motorcycle, RV\u2019s, quads.<\/p>\n

      Home Opening Season Opening Services <\/strong>
      \nYour home will be open and ready for your arrival. Including but not limited to turn hot water heater on, light shopping for groceries or toiletries, alcohol, fill propane tank for BBQ, setting and\/or programming A\/C, fill car with gas,<\/p>\n

      Home Closing Season Closing Services<\/strong>
      \nYour home will be closed and secured upon your departure. Including but not limited to turning off hot water heater, placing trash and\/or recyclables at curbside, verify hose bibs off, and perform complete interior and exterior check<\/p>\n

      Insurance Claims\/Agent interaction <\/strong>
      \nAvailable on hourly basis.<\/p>\n

      Emergency Response<\/strong>
      \nProvided on limited basis for Plan HP<\/strong> customers only.<\/p>\n
